Single Deck MH Blackjack is a popular online blackjack casino game powered by Play n Go software. The game derives its name from the fact that players can choose to play a single hand or up to three hands of blackjack at the same time. Single deck blackjack is played with one deck of shuffled cards which changes the payout structure. Classic MultiHand Blackjack

Single Deck MH blackjack is set out in exactly the same way as any online blackjack NZ game. The game itself consist of a single blackjack table where the dealer is situated at the top of the screen and the player at the bottom. There are three betting areas in the middle of the table with the player’s chips and the game buttons at the bottom of the screen. The game begins with the player placing his or her bet on the table. In this game players can bet from 1 coin up to 100 coins per hand. A player can choose to play a single hand or up to three hands at once.

Placing your Bet

To place a bet in Single Deck MH blackjack, players simply click on the chips at the bottom of the screen and then place the chips on the respective betting areas. Once the bet has been place, players can then click on the Deal button. The dealer will then deal the player two cards face up and himself two cards with one card showing. The aim of blackjack is to beat the dealer by getting as close to 21 points without going over 21. Each card is worth a point value. Cards 2-10 are worth their face value while the 10, jack, queen and king are worth 10 points. The Ace is worth a single point or 11 points.

Late Surrender and Single Splitting

At this point in the game, players can decide if they want to surrender, hit, stick, split or double down. A player can surrender their hand at any time and forfeit half their bet.  If players have two of the same cards, they can split their hand. In Single Deck MH blackjack, players can only split once. Any total of 21 after a split is considered 21 not blackjack. Players can also choose to double down which means taking one extra card and doubling the bet.

Payouts in MultiHand Blackjack

If players feel they have a high enough score, they can click on the stick button and see if the dealer can beat their hand. In Single Deck MH blackjack, the dealer must draw to 16 and stick on 17. Once the player has decided to stick, the dealer will flip his down-facing card and see if he can beat the players score. In this game, a win pays out 1:1 and blackjack pays out 6:5. If the dealer and the player has the same score, the hand is a push. If both the dealer and the player have blackjack, the hand is also a push.
